I’ve always loved ULTA Beauty — it used to be my go-to place for all things makeup and skincare. They have a great selection of products and brands, and I’ve discovered a lot of favorites here over the years.
However, lately the customer service hasn’t been the same. It’s really hard to find someone available to help or answer questions about products, and when you do, they often seem rushed or uninterested. I miss the days when the staff was more attentive and friendly.
I still shop here because I love the variety and convenience, but I hope ULTA can improve their customer service and bring back the great experience they used to offer
