If you get one of the main services such as a massage you get to use the facilities for an entire day. Parking is marked. And it's a short walk into the spa. This is an old style facility and not necessarily handicap friendly but they do have elevators. They provide robes, combs, hair dryer, showered caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels and wash rags (all you need besides makeup 😂). There are little light snacks, tea and water provided as well. You shower beforehand then there is a steam room and a jet powered hot tub that is clothing optional downstairs. I will say that all of the members of our party that had services enjoyed their visit for the services and want to go back soon for more. The massage therapists were the highlight of our trip. The environment was relaxing and they so think of quite a bit to pamper a guest. I feel like they could elevate their complimentary beverage and snack offerings though to be more in line with what I am used to seeing offered. My only true complaint was not for staff or the location but geared towards other guests. I have been coming to The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg for years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their incredible Spa Manager, Cynthia. She is easily the most professional, intelligent, and polite manager who has ever stepped foot in this facility.
