“I’m never disappointed at this Spa. The staff are welcoming and I can tell the owner put a lot of love and thought into the experiences as well as the products. The sauna is also very enjoyable as well. All in all the treatment I received was excellent and I highly recommend to any one else.”
I think both locations I have gone to are nice but the Williamsburg one is a lot better with more options and more equipment to choose from - all the staff is nice at both the Williamsburg and Gloucester location, both are clean as well
Staff is friendly and always insistant of proper eye protection. The recent mini renovation caused a major cleaning. I haven't had the opportunity to visit other locations and if I do I'm confident they too will be equal in standards.
