Sometimes you can get off on the wrong foot with a company, that is exactly what happened between ready roofing and I, but that was not the end they made everything perfect for me. They sent out James, who was amazing at hearing me and finding the problem with my shingle roofing, and Robert was excellent when it came to the Metal roof that I wanted on my porch. He is great at his craft. He made my porch stand out. I love it!! They will make sure you are completely satisfied.
Great job by technician. Expertly done, friendly, skilled, many years of experience. He repaired our leak (verified after 2 rain storms!). He also did a roof tune-up - gave us an honest accessment of our roof condition. We appreciated his integrity and working with him. We will use Ready Roofing in the future.
From the first call, this company was very professional and honest. We only needed a small roof repair and they still were sure to do everything they said they would -from a timely quote with an easy approval process, to a timely appointment to make the repair. James, the gentleman who came to make the repair, was a true professional not just some guy. He had all the right tools, explained what he was going to do, did it safely, answered all our questions and offered some suggestions for the long-term health of our roof. He was very knowledgeable, will definitely call you again and request James. Thank you!
