Pyramid Roofing has been to our home several times over the past 15 years and has always done an outstanding job. We have had new gutters installed, leaks repaired promptly, and everyone has been very courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend them.
Rodney and team were right on time. Team was very professional. Workmanship was good. Team did a good job protecting areas around house. From what you could see from ground level the team was very safety conscience, worked very efficiently, and workmanship appeared very good. Product quality seems very good. Team was very conscientious cleaning up. Site Manager Rodney did a good job keeping me informed of progress. Roof looks great!
I chose Pyramid because of their reputation in the neighborhood and the inspection they did 2 years ago. When I discovered a small leak I called them and Drew came out to check. As expected the roof needed replacement vs. just a repair. They were able to schedule the work quickly before I was due to leave town.
Rodney and his team appeared as promised at 7 a.m. the first day of work. He explained what would be happening and cautioned me not to exit the house without letting him know so he could be sure there would be no danger of being hit by flying shingles.
As expected, it was noisy! I spent some time in my basement level which made it quieter.... read full review
