Haircuts are fantastic and worth your patronage. Especially if you return several times so that your hair can grow out in the most flattering possible. I found Illusions by Marcus that uses the same product line and gave them a call. I spoke with Marcus, the owner, and he scheduled an appointment with him. I was delighted. And I am still delighted! Marcus is very professional and friendly, as all his staff are. His salon is welcoming and comfortable. My hair has never looked better. Marcus colors & styles my hair with precision and care. I am so glad I found him!“

I told them if they change the appt, I'll have to cancel and she told me I wouldnt get my deposit back. How does that make sense? Poor customer service practices.
