Tina did my haircut some months ago when I lived outside of Williamsburg, so I had to return to this location with the hope to get Tina to get my haircut again since I recently moved to Williamsburg. Saw 0 zero minute wait at this location while other closer great clips had wait times, so I drove 15 minutes to get to this location. Arrived and Tina was washing and styling a lady's hair. From what I saw, the lady's hair looked really nice and I heard Tina having a nice conversation with the lady. My 1 year old son and I waited patiently and quietly. Tina finished with the lady. This was my first time at the Monticello Ave Great Clips in Williamsburg, VA. Alex trimmed up my hair exactly the way I wanted. He is very professional and has great customer service skills. I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend him to others for their haircuts, etc. Five stars plus.
Nadia was the hair stylist, I took my older sister that had cancer and lost a lot of hair and her hair is so thin. She did a good job but started out with trimming and trying to keep it longer and talking about what cut , my sister and I talked about a pixie style before we went and I asked about cutting it a little shorter and laying it to help it look fuller. She is very good with haircuts, but her social skills need a little work
