From initial conversation to working with Mr. Willie, on site technician, this has been a fantastic experience. Extremely transparent, professional and pleasant to work with. I have definitely found our new carpet servicer. And ask for Mr. Willie, he’s fantastic to work with.

Our technician Mr. Willie was phenomenal! He called and arrived early! He listened and explained the service we desired. Then he went to work with an exceptional work ethic and attitude! We will definitely use Eco service again!!!

From the customer service and ease of scheduling an appointment … Tech got one of the biggest, most ugliest stains out of my carpet - that alone made my day!…Usually, you feel like companies are just going to rip you off, try to sell you products you don't want/need, and find other things wrong just to increase the bill - NOT Eco Carpet Pro. What I was quoted over the phone is what I paid. Again, I truly appreciate this company as well as the technician. I'd recommend them to anyone!
