My wife and I needed two upholstered living room chairs and an upholstered ottoman cleaned, and we were surprised at how difficult it was to find someone to do it. Eco Carpet Pro was the fourth company we contacted, and from that phone call through the cleaning process we were impressed with the company's service and professionalism. The representative who answered the phone thoroughly explained the technology the company uses and within half an hour emailed us a written estimate along with a description of what to expect and how to prepare for the cleaning. Will, the technician who came to our home, was friendly and polite. He listened to our concerns and carefully inspected the upholstery, pointing out stains and dirt marks that we had barely noticed. He fully explained the cleaning process before starting work. Within an hour, he was finished, and when the chairs and ottoman thoroughly dried, his workmanship was obvious. Aside from showing signs of normal wear, all three items looked brand new. We strongly recommend Eco Carpet Pro.
