Joanna Sanford from Coldwell Banker Traditions was not my realtor, she was however for the the house we bought. Working with her was horrendous and I would give her and this company zero stars if I could. She was incredibly slow, seemed to not care about anyones time but her own and didn’t seem really interested in selling a home. We made multiple offers and she would miss every contract deadline with some excuse to drag things out longer. When an offer was finally excepted we found out not by Joanna emailing our realtor, but by our realtor calling the builder of the house (as they knew each other) and he told us he had already signed the offer the previous day.
