They did a fantastic job on both the LVP install and carpet install that I had done. I have very uneven floors and they leveled them before installing the LVP. They also did a nice job on solidly nailing down the floorboards before carpet install. No more creaking! Very high quality product as well. I'm extremely pleased.
I would highly recommend Mark Kelly and Refined Floors for the excellent work they did at our home in Williamsburg.
First of all, Mark was the only bidder that realized that our carpet underlayment as well as our carpet had to be removed in order to install the new wood floor. This allowed him to price the job correctly from the start.
Second, he worked with us logistically by getting the wood delivered to our home to acclimate it and waiting for the other construction work in the home to finish before they installed our new wood floors.
