First of all, Mark came with many books of carpet for me to look through. After choosing which carpet I wanted, he placed the order and in two and a half weeks, the workers came to install. His team was punctual and got right to work removing the old carpet and pads in three bedrooms and closets and installing the new pads and carpet. They worked without stopping, cleaned up and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. When you want carpeting, choose Refined Floors.
We had carpet that needed replaced in our entire second floor and transitioned over to LVP coretec brand. Mark explained the T types of LVP to us and went over what options would be best for our situation. They were able to get the work done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely when they left and did all transitions/difficult areas beautifully. We’re very happy with Mark and his company- we’ll be keeping him in mind for the future.
