I've never had or needed an accountant as a person on SSDI most of my adult life. My Dad though did. Being his executor Michelle and the staff took on way different tasks than just accounting. They took on educating a disabled human. That's tough. So many extra questions and Communications from me. Lots of still not understanding on my part with more questions later. Bruce, Erika, and the entire team made the whole tax process easy and stress-free. Bruce in particular was super approachable and friendly, which made my somewhat complicated taxes feel comfortable and straightforward.
