Freightliner service center handled my issue efficiently. I arrived with a check engine light and they quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road faster than expected. Professional staff, clear communication, and smooth service process. I really appreciate their support and fast turnaround. Five stars.

5/19/26 at 07:30 I came in bc my semi dropped a code and the truck was in derate. Limited 55 mph speed you know the deal. Courtney, got me in and had my semi checked out. But bad new bears were in the atmosphere. We both learned that my truck needed a new 1box. I JUST ABOUT DIED OR STROKED OUT but I can’t remember because after hearing that all the blood in my body went down to my calf’s. Ms Courtney assured me that she was gonna put the right tech with my truck and that whatever they could do to save parts/ money they would. Let me tell you, I paid less than what was officially quoted. They didn’t waste a second on my time and I only spent one nite in the hotel.... read full review
