Justin kept everything running smoothly and ensured our home was taken care of as we would have wanted it to. He worked so hard for our project and we are so appreciative of Justin and all his efforts, care, and time he put towards our home! He is amazing!

“Took over a year past original finish date to build our home. Had to address and argue to have them fix poor quality work the whole way through out the build. We have only been moved in for 2 years and are having major issues with our flooring due to them not putting our roof on until only a few months before the job was finely finished our subfloor continued to get wet from being exposed. This has caused the subfloor to weaken over the 2 years which has caused weak places in the floor and is now causing our flooring to break apart. When contacted Basil and John came out and seemed as though they were going to fix the issue. But instead said wasn't their fault and would offer only $500 towards fixing the issue. With this along with other issues, siding pulling away from house, support post splitting, etc, we are left with no choice but to obtain an attorney to get them to take responsibility for the poor quality of work. I absolutely expected more from them especially with Basil also has a home inspection business. Highly recommend avoiding them completely unless you want to spend time in court trying to force them to take responsibility for doing crappie work.
