Absolutely love the last-minute fast accommodation due to an after 5pm event today. My dress needed to be steamed so I called this morning at 7:30 am (was told to bring the dress in so they could see it), dropped my dress off at 7:35 and was able to pick it up at 11:00... NOW THAT IS SPEEDY SAME DAY SERVICE. In addition to fast and accommodating, the customer service was excellent, and my dress looked amazing. Thank you, West Springfield Cleaners!!
