Al was great but the fact this is our second fridge in 3 years that has broken down and we can't get the parts for. We pay a fee for them to tell us we can't get the part. The first one was thankfully under warranty and they had to replace the fridge because they couldn't get the part but the second one broke down after a year.

Excellent customer service and explained the malfunction clearly. Turns out the issue is common with this brand. He advised me on how to avoid it in the future, again with clear instructions.
