Staff was friendly, at the time most of the store was on holiday clearance. Sadly the day i was there they were only accepting CARD ONLY i dont know how often this happens but it was very inconvenient i had brought my children to spend their money they had gotten from family for the holidays (im not exactly a rich person). Some items weren't clearly marked and some of the items weren't placed with good signage wether it was included or not (but customers move things as well as their children! ) I did talk with a few staff and they were more than helpful to locate things around!

Some of the shelves were a little bare, but they were actively restocking while we were there. The manager came over and chatted with us for several minutes. He was very friendly. Nice, small-town place to shop.
Do I need to keep coming back to Ollie’s? No. But do I anyway because they have good deals? Yes! Granted, this store is hit and miss on certain items, but I’ve found some good deals for sure!
