I have chronic migraines and a lot of muscle tension that tends to linger; I found Healing Therapy through a search and I'm so glad I tried it. Nancy is wonderful and very deliberate, I really appreciated that she used ice AND heat - I've rarely had therapists use ice (and usually it was something like Biofreeze) even though I tend to use it at home instead of heat. She checked in with me frequently as she used deeper pressure and found some tense spots that I don't often think about. I left feeling a lot better and I can't wait for my next appointment!

I have been receiving massage for 18 years in various states, countries, etc. I have chronic trigger points and pain in my upper back and neck. I seek out and receive deep therapeutic work. I was in pain and found Nancy through a Google search. I went yesterday and it’s the first time in 18 years that a therapist has used ice on me. All I can tell you, is that I walked out of here with a new body. I woke up without trigger point pain this morning and my neck is not tight and pulling. I have an autoimmune disease and I feel less inflamed.
