Customers are completely pleased with new countertops, noting quick scheduling and professional installation, often within two weeks. The one on one service is excellent, with staff being knowledgeable and helpful with product selection and even cabinet colors. The templating and installation crews are awesome, supremely professional, and courteous. Communication and service throughout the process are exceptional, and customers highly recommend the business.
Great service all the way across the board
I can’t possibly suggest this crew enough! My husband and I sauntered into their Waynesboro location on a whim (obviously it’s been something we’ve wanted though) and 16 days later had our new counters installed! They’re PERFECT! Kelsey was above and beyond helpful with not only everything counter related but even with helping me brainstorm cabinet colors to match our kitchen. She didn’t have to do that, but I’m so grateful she did! She also helped us stay just under the budget I wanted and not a penny over! We are completely pleased with our new countertops from BBG Granite. The experience from start to finish was seamless. The one on one service from Kelsey at the Waynesboro location was excellent.
