DO NOT BOOK! Kendall is unexperienced and she will take your money. She used cheap drugstore products for my makeup and hair trial, her salon has terrible lighting, she doesn't know how to do basic makeup techniques. Overall, a terrible an expense. I wish I could give her zero stars because she does not desire even 1! I was very clear about what I was looking for and when I arrived, it was obvious that she did not know what she was doing. She never asked me about my skin type, hair texture, etc. She applied normal foundation on my oily skin so the foundation immediately separated. She couldn't even do a basic wing look which all my inspo photos had a wing look. The false lashes were not applied correctly and they were falling off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I am using my mother’s account since Kendall is so insecure and unprofessional that she decided to BLOCK my page from the SVB page when I mentioned a review!
Unfortunately I do not have a bunch of great things to say about SVB. I used to like this small business until Kendall became very unprofessional. I had booked SBV for my wedding this past weekend, and had my hair done along with four other women. Three of those women’s hair did NOT turn out good. I reached out to Kendall expressing how they felt along with what had happened, she came up with every excuse and would not take any responsibility and refused to make things right.
My MIL hair started as picture 1, but about three hours later it looked like picture 2… so it didn’t even last to the ceremony.
My sister asked for picture 3, and was ASSURED countless times it was possible. She was the last to get her hair done, and it was falling out (picture 4) before she even got to the venue… which there was only a 5 minute commute from the hotel, where we got ready. Kendall said it was due to the thickness of the hair, yet I asked her multiple times if the style was possible, and she assured it was. She told my sister to “just push the bobby-pins in if they fall out”. She also never mentioned any concerns to me once she started the hair.
Then there was my mothers hair… it did not last either. She has shorter hair, but asked for some curls with volume. She had her hair done TWICE before she even left the hotel room. Hers was COMPLETELY flat by the time of the ceremony.
Kendall used the weather as an excuse for poor services.. including the updo (which doesn’t make sense). As weather does effect hair some, it does not effect as much as what has happened. What happened was due to Kendall not providing quality service. Kendall thinks she is WAY better than she actually is. I highly do NOT recommend SVB, unless you want to overpay for low quality service.

My boyfriend and I both got our haircuts today by Kendall and she was absolutely amazing. My hair looks amazing and so does my boyfriends. We couldn't be happier with our hair! She's got an amazing personality and I will definitely be back for my future haircuts.

My best friend and I had massages here and they were VERY accommodating to us to ensure we got the date and time we wanted. Our therapists were excellent! But the only negative was, there was no face cradle on the massage table. Otherwise, I highly recommend this business and would use them again.
