The technician Dennis McGuckin from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Virginia recently completed my annual HVAC service. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about system. He identified two areas (seasonal trap adjustment and dehumidifier filter) with the system that were not mentioned by the technician last year or the year before. He made simple recommendations to ensure the lifetime health of my system. Dennis also took the time to label the ducts and dehumidifier to have a reference for directionally and instructions. Thanks Dennis, I hope to see you next year!

Alejandro was our service person this time and he was extremely thorough. He cleaned and checked our outside unit and coils. He opened and checked the unit in the utility closet. Gave good recommendations to keep things running smoothly on our HVAC. Thanks!
