Ben from Cropp Metcalf is all you could ask for in plumbing repair. Replaced my gas hot water heater, took care of area and carpet, answered my questions and made himself available should there be issues unresolved!
Had to have a whole new AC unit installed, and CroppMetcalfe had the best price and could install it the next day! John came out and got everything going while the rest of the crew finished up another job. John got the old and busted unit removed, setup and hooked up the new hotness unit, and had the old inside coil setup removed all by himself before the rest of the crew arrived...Quite an effort!
