Tom came to my house to check out a bee problem behind the wall. Told us there was no nest and did no charge us for inspection. Explained to us the situation and not to be concerned.

As a business owner, I notice the little things when other companies service my home or business office. I've used Eagle a few times for some black ant issues. Amazing. Came to my house to check out a carpenter bee problem. Told us how to fix it ourselves--and did no charge us a dime!!! Spent 30 minutes talking to us about various insect problems that we were having.Other companies just wanted to soak us with extended contracts that cost a fortune. I'm very impressed!!
