Colvin Flooring is a company I would recommend to anyone! We had two bedrooms in our house carpeted and they did an exceptional job. The entire process was very easy and smooth between having someone come out and give us a quote, to the ladies in the store who are very informative and helpful with guiding you towards what you want and what suits your personal needs best, to them coming and installing the carpet itself. We have used Colvin floors for over 12 years now. They have done 3 different projects for us. We even discovered they did the original carpet in our house 15 years prior to us living in it. They do great work, very friendly and never a rush job to rush you out the door. They have recarpeted a couple of rooms, did our stairs and runner, the basement floor with LPV, and provided the materials for our kitchen renovation. Will always go here first when needing flooring projects.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Colvin Floors when we had them remove our basement carpeting and replace it with LVP flooring. The staff in the store was always very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make our floor choice an easier process. Mike was our sales representative and he was wonderful to work with. From the estimation to the installation he was always available and provided excellent customer service. The two gentlemen who removed the carpet and installed the new flooring were diligent workers and did a great job.
