The technician was very qualified and worked diligently to resolve the Air Conditions issues however the problem was not completely resolve because parts had to be ordered. I had a problem with paying two service fees because our as all homes in my neighborhood has two AC. Still waiting for response from warranty company to approve the ordering of required parts to repair AC systems. Since its very hot we hope this can be treated as an emergency
