There was some confusion in the exchange and they only measured the back yard but quoted me $925. I was mostly interested in the front yard. She very promptly apologized stating "90% of the time most homeowners ask for back yard quotes". She sent someone back out to measure the front. I quickly received a quote for the front for $685 installed and upon further inquiry learned installation does not include sod prep.
