Very unprofessional. Was waiting almost 15 mins past appointment time and i had another appointment after. Today was my birthday and i came with my boyfriend. Guy that was doing my bf kept staring at him and I rudely, and my bf had to keep asking him if he was okay. No answer. I was burned by the water when i first dipped in and guy turned on the cold water for the rest of the time so my feet were soaking in cold water , lady wasnt even done with her session yet and when me and my bf decided to just up and leave she wants to rush to get up and tell me sit back down, NO. I think it's new owners ... I love my nails every time I go and the guy is amazing with pedicures! My feet have always been sooo callused and hard. They use the razor, I am scared sometimes bc I don't want cut but so far so good The only thing I will say is if you get it done a certain way please tell them... they are not mind readers I learned the hard way .. if you want manicure make sure you ask for it... they have some people who don't apparently... and there is only three of them in there and they do appts as well sooo even if not busy looking inside it is still busy!

The did ok. When I go get my nails done I’m excepting a relaxing experience. It’s my me time. Not really relaxing at all. I was rushed ?. I got a pedicure. The lady who did my nails burned me trying to take off my gel polish. She cut me with the cuticle remover because she was going so fast and not paying attention. They kept asking if I wanted my hands done to I told them I’m not interested lol. But they were nice. And took me and my sisters as walk ins so 2 stars. Ok now named Paris nails. Slow down!
