Following a miscommunication with a 3rd party vendor on the weekend. The nice lady I spoke to offered to send courtesy flowers for my sister's birthday after I had received my paypal refund. She apologized and explained the situation was out of her control. She went above and beyond. I recommend her business and I will just call her directly next time and skip the middle man!
