Your receptionist was so friendly when we walked in and helped us right away. Then, we were called back within minutes. We only waited for a few minutes before the nurse walked in. She looked at my daughter, took a throat culture and came back within a few minutes with the results. Before she arrived, I had gotten a notification from my pharmacy that they had received a prescription from our provider. I was so impressed at how fast we got in and out of this medical facility but even more so, impressed with the customer service. You could tell that everyone liked their jobs and genuinely cared for those who walked in their doors. We WILL be back when we need urgent care & thank everyone for such a great experience!

Everyone was very friendly and because I made an appointment I didn’t have to wait that long and I saw Jenny at the town center location. She was very nice helpful and took very good care of me.
