The staff was very informative and had very good positive energy. Service was quick and done correctly, did not feel pressured but was made sure to be given relevant recommendations. 10 out of 10 will return.
Just sat in line then got shifted to other line then left hanging only for them to take another vehicle that just pulled up. But they didn't make them switch lines and wait .I've done a lot of business there won't be going back . On on top of it no explanation till I went and found assistant manager do better. Take thse stars down to zero stars.
Efficient, Friendly, Informative, and very knowledgeable. Mark and Karlee are great representatives of Valvoline. I take all of my work vehicles here because of their integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this location off of the blvd. Also they do not charge you for unnecessary items!!!
