I specifically travelled to Virginia Beach just to take some lessons from Brenna. She’s an internationally respected teacher who my peers all rave about. I’ve tried a few times to take with her when she visits in NYC, but she always books out!
During my three days here, Brenna was able to quickly identify a missing core connection and taught me multiple exercises and strategies to reestablish that connection. I’m still practicing what I learned from her every day since coming home, and doing so has enabled me to run the most mileage without pain since 2021! I look forward to returning to VB and learning more from her in the future.

Brenna and her team are so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Her guidance has truly improved my body alignment, strengthened me overall, and eased longstanding tightness in my neck and shoulders. Every session with Brenna feels supportive, intentional, and genuinely focused on my well-being.
Brenna and her team have created such a warm and welcoming environment. They genuinely care about their clients and the quality of every class, and they’re especially thoughtful when working with injuries and individual needs. I’ve noticed a real difference in how strong I feel while recovering from my injury. Highly recommend.
