In 2022, my partner and I built our first home with Stephen Alexander Homes in Virginia Beach, and the experience exceeded our expectations. While there were some supply chain setbacks due to COVID, the overall process was smooth, well-managed, and transparent. We built through the Spot Build (“Build Where You Want to Live”) program, and the team was truly fantastic. We have loved our home from day one. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We built the Ashland plan!
SAH were fantastic to work with on our custom new build. Offered great design plans but also willing to adapt to our needs - such as a first floor master. Fair-minded and straightforward when dealing with any setback. Well-managed building process and a genuine pride in workmanship and the final product. Responsive and just fun to work with start to finish! We love our beautiful home. Thank you SAH!
Stephen Alexander homes is by far the best in the area. High quality construction with impeccable taste. They’re responsive, timely, and go out of their way to ensure the building experience is one to remember. Highly recommend!
