Five stars for talented staff and their massages work to relieve muscle and body aches and pains! This is one of my husband and mine’s favorite massage spas in Hampton Roads. They use great techniques-including walking on your back, wow, what a game changer! Due to our workout/training schedule, we get regular massages to help with muscle recovery and soreness. This spa is a gem! It’s budget-friendly, yet offers very high quality massages. Very nice staff, always accommodating. Clean rooms. Great place! Thank you! We’ll be back!

My first time trying anything other than the run of the mill massage places. I’ve never had an oriental massage, but wanted to try something new. The shopping center appears to be getting a facelift improving the outside, but the inside was very warm and welcoming.
I called for a massage the same day, and was promptly taken to the room to get a massage. The massage therapist was very welcoming and friendly.
As a bigger guy I typically don’t get the firmness I like due to my size. With the foot walking, it provided a whole new level of pressure and massage.
