They came out and fixed a leaky outdoor faucet that had zero clearance for a wrench. Did a good job, it was a tough one, replaced with a new faucet where I could replace the gasket when it got old. Had them come out and fixed a shower drain that was leaking into the ceiling below it. I was freaking out when I called him, but he talked me through scenarios and correctly diagnosed the issue, fixed it with no intrusions into walls or ceilings.
