Phong is absolutely the sweetest most incredible technician in the world!! My nails are GARBAGE, and she makes them look PERFECT. I have extremely thin short brittle nails as well as club fingers, so it’s extremely hard to make my nails look nice and she does a spectacular job! and is very affordable I love going here :) I will never go to anyone else!
