I personally feel Rayco is a horrible company. To fire a single mom for taking off because her toddler was severely sick , then having to take off herself for being sick just to end up being fired because she needed to recover? In a middle of a pandemic at that?! They should be grateful she did not come into work spreading sickness to all the employees so productivity didn’t have to suffer. Also, she had a legit doctors note excusing her from work! After all that hard work, the company obviously doesn’t value good/hard workers and I encourage everyone to jump ship because you never know when it’s your turn to be cut loose when life throws you curve balls.
