QW Alterations is a reliable and skilled alteration service where customers are highly satisfied with the results. The staff, especially Tammy, is friendly and pleasant to work with. One customer had a jacket and a sweatshirt zipper replaced, and they both looked and worked like new. Another client got a perfect hemming job on a pair of denim pants. Tammy also successfully adjusted the length of a pair of pants with gathered bottoms. The prices are considered reasonable for the quality of work provided. Customers plan to return for future alteration needs due to the high-quality service received at QW Alterations.
I had a jacket and a fleece lined sweatshirt/hoodie with broken off teeth on the zippers, that still looked like new so I brought them to QW. She replaced them both with matching ones, and they both look and work like brand new again. Can't even tell anything was replaced. The inner flap in the jacket was no problem at all. It did cost ten dollars more because of the extra work to remove and replace them, which was understandable, and I am very pleased with the result. The price to R&R the sweatshirt/hoodie zippers was a bit higher than expected since there was nothing fancy about how they are hemmed into it, but you get a high quality job, which means a lot when the clothing you need repaired are some of your favorite (better quality) clothes that you can't find anywhere now for realistic and/or reasonable prices. (Which is why I chose to have them both fixed) She is extremely nice and pleasant to do business with also. I would definitely use QW Alterations again.
I had a pair of thick, denim pants that my son needed hemmed shorter. They turned out PERFECT! The stitching is flawless. I will definitely come here again for any future alterations and highly recommend.
Tammy did a outstanding job on a pair of pants of mines that had a bottom that was gathered around the ankle but being that I’m soo short I had to have it adjusted to my height and that is what Tammy did ?. I plan on taking alll my alterations to Tammy. Plus her prices are very reasonable.
