I've been to many manicure and pedicure shops over a 20-year span while living here in Virginia Beach, and have never experienced a place like Professional Nails. I've been going here for over a year now and have not experienced anything but the best customer service and exceptional professional knowledge ever. I moved to TN for a while, and during that time, I could not find nail technicians who even came close to the skills and knowledge the technicians at Professional Nails have. Michelle, Tom, and Kim's work exceed expectations. They go above and beyond, providing quality customer service. They have a well established clientele, so make an appointment if you want to experience the best mani, pedi in Va Beach!
