Tasha called me back on a Sunday! She made plans with me THAT day to get the computer and run a diagnosis. She sent me consistent updates and was very timely in getting my computer back to me by the next day. Very professional and a great communicator, which is hard to find these days.
Awesome technician that was very helpful during our initial conversation that guided me to use her expertise in getting windows installed on my computer. She is very communicative about her process, and she ensures she reports progress as it comes. Great experience with Prodigy 7, and I’ll use her expertise should I need to in the future.
