I avoid this facility like the plague now . Last time I went I waited over a hour to be called back . Front desk crew was just sitting around talking . The doctor / NP apologized but it wasn’t enough for me to ever wanna go back . Doctors just don’t address concerns enough for me . Also left work early one day for them to tell me my appointment was the next day.
Dr Anyiwo is by far the BEST PCP Dr I have ever had. He listens to my concerns and he's always very thorough in everything he does. He's kind and compassionate. I have never felt rushed by him and that says a-lot about him as a Dr.
Great Doctor and great phlebotomist terrible office workers. They always put you down for something different than what they said they scheduled you for and blame you for being late. How are you going to confirm with me the time of the appointment multiple times and tell me it was an earlier time and that im late.
