I am a first time home buyer and Brett Porter was the man who did my inspection on the house I am currently under contract for. The house is over 100 years old and I can say for certain that Brett absolutely made sure he thoroughly checked everything, even going as far as to climb in the attic despite the entrance being incredibly small. He took the time to show me everything while I was there in person and even went into detail about how to check for certain things, how to repair, etc. He taught me so much and I feel like he was looking out for me not only as a client, but as another person. I have been using Brett and Rick for over 10 years and for hundreds of home inspections for my clients. I have only had ONE of those not be 100% happy and to that I will say, Brett and Rick are NOT perfect, they are human and we all make mistakes. They make good on them if they are told about them.
