The ABSOLUTE BEST groomer ever! The owner is AMAZING and so is the customer service. They definitely have the magic touch. My fur baby looked and felt amazing. He was acting brand new for sure! 🤣 They have definitely gained a repeat customer. If you are in need of an excellent groomer, trust me…this is where your fur baby needs to be. You will not be disappointed!
I Know We've been bringing our dogs here for over 15yrs years, My chihuahua and my Chug ( Chihuahua, Pug Mix) go for nails to be cut, Even with the new Owner I've never had anyone Disrespect me, nor my parents, who also took my dogs in to be groomed. They are amazing. My dogs are excited to see them. I have sent many to them, all are pleased with their services. I can only go by how we and my pets were treated. I still and will always trust them with my pets. Until I see different.
People that talk about cuts in their dogs need to provide the whole truth about what kind of condition that their dog came into the shop before reporting a review. Yes, it can happen. Do we want that? No. We do our best not to. But, when your dog is extremely matted and there is no place to start and we have to shave your dog down completely. Yes, it can happen. It is a risk involved for letting your dog get in that kind of condition in the first place. If your dog has not been groomed in over 6 months. Has not been maintained at home in between, i.e. brushing your dog out completely. As a groomer we no choice but to shave your dog. We are there to help your dog. Unfortunately, due to neglect by the owner's of the dog, sometimes a knick or cut can happen. We cannot see underneath the mats until we take the hair off. We try to prevent razor burn and cuts, but you are working on a live animal. They move. Mats that are that tight to the skin hurt the dog. Maybe this will help someone be less critical of the dog groomers out there who are trying to help people's dogs feel better.
