The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the new check in for telehealth. I am forced to repeat the checklist several times before my appointment - even if I completed it days prior. On two separate occasions, this caused me to miss the appointment all together. The slough of drug advertisements at the end are also extremely off- putting. Other than that, Reboot is the best practice I've been to in Virginia Beach. Solid Care with genuine medical professionals, it's just the digital check-in that needs serious improvement.
Very happy I found this place. I'm a new patient and the practice is like a breath of fresh air compared to some others I've been to in the past. Super friendly staff and comfortable environment.
I am so grateful for the services I have received at Reboot. I was struggling with a chronic health condition and on multiple prescription medications and had visited multiple doctors who advised me there was no cure. Dr. Ryan was able to diagnose the condition and provide a detailed treatment plan and was confident that I would see a reduction in my symptoms. After adhering to the plan, I am no longer experiencing any symptoms and my overall health has improved significantly. Thank you Reboot!
