I've been going to Muddy Buddy's for ten years and my 100lb female German Shepherd loves it every time. We are always greeted by name and they always assist when asked. I couldn't ask for better people to have around as I wash my super hairy dog. Thank you, Jamie and Bobbie.
I've tried several self-service dog wash businesses, but Muddy Buddy is by far the best! I like that their washing stations are enclosed, so my pup won't get distracted by other dogs. Additionally, the stalls are so clean! They have everything you need to wash your dog, including shampoo, and brushes, plus a blow dryer/towels to dry your dog off. It is priced by the size of the dog, so I paid $15, which is a great price in my opinion!
We've been going to Muddy Buddy for six months and we love the homey atmosphere there. Of course, it is scrupulously clean. We've been very satisfied with the grooming artistry (and I don't use that word loosely). All of the staff that we met is wonderful. In particular, Jamie is very talented and is something of a dog whisperer. From the very beginning, she assured us that our pup was in good hands - immediately connecting with our two year-old, high strung poodle mix. He loves to return there.
