I called to inquire about a printer I had that wasn’t working properly. The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me that the type of printer I had would cost as much, if not more, to fix as it would to purchase a new one. He could have easily said “sure, bring it on in” and charge me the repair fee. Though I was not able to use their service this time, they will certainly have a customer in the future if the need arises. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days.

Called and talked to Shawn and he was very knowledgeable about the type of printer i need to buy for my business and narrowed down a brand. He also explained to me about the maintenance to printers that I didn't know about and will help me be able to keep printers longer without throwing them away so fast. Thanks again

My HP printer was noisy in operation and paper jam when printing in duplex mode. New fuser gears, cleaning and duplexer alignment did the job. Diagnosis of problem and repair were excellent. One day onsite turnaround and very reasonable pricing. I will use them again when needed.
