I was a walk-in at 9am on a Sat and they got me in! The customer service was beautiful, the pedi was great and the manicure was just what I asked for. The nail color selection was massive and options for services were great! Mary was a breath of fresh air at checking us in and Lina my nail tech was great! If you are in Towne Center COME HERE!!
Cleanliness: Immaculate
I had an appointment at 10 but whenI got there, I ended up being sat for about 15/20 minutes at a dirty spot. When she finally got to, she was rushing. She asked what I wanted. Then immediately glued and started with the acrylic and poorly shaped them. Once she got to painting the actual tips she free handed it but didn’t clean up the edges. Then she squirted some sort of lotion on my hands and wiped, I mean basically rubbed it off along with the nail dust she didn’t even buff off or suggest washing my hands.I have been here multiple times but these last two times have just been terrible.
This was my first time there and I can say I finally found a home nail shop. I was serviced by Vee. I got a pedicure, fill and eyebrow wax. Very seldom am I at a place that I get to work with the same person for all services. Vee was very gentle and precise! They also offered mimosas and water, the music was tasteful, they were very clean and the customer service was impeccable. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely recommend!
