MDM has the most kind and courteous staff/employees /workers out there. They were there for me when we had an emergency situation with our septic tank and had a house full of family over. It did not take them long at all to make their way to us on a weekend to get us straight. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that has any issues with their septic system!!!!
Had an issue come up on. Called them and he said he could have someone out first thing the next morning. Then told me a couple things to check. I called and asked some questions and he happily answered them. Even called me back that evening to make see if I was able to get things working for the night. The next morning they arrived right on time. The guy was super nice. Did his job and thanked me for the business. Just what you would expect from a good company!
This company is the BEST! They really went out of their way to help us today. A situation he could have walked away from but he didn't, he stayed and found a resolution. I highly recommend them if you have septic issues.
