Got checked in very quickly and waited in the tranquility room until called back. I got a massage and facial. Massage therapist asked all the right questions and made sure I was comfortable, she engaged in light conversation but not over talkative while relaxing. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and made recommendations for my skin type. Both were very warm and inviting. I have a monthly membership here so I go relatively frequently and have never had a bad experience.
When I first walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk! Everyone with a smile on their face eager to help you. They provided a lot of feedback when I asked questions and helped me pick out massages and facials. I asked to be placed with a therapist who did medium to firm pressure. I was placed with Amanda. She was excellent! I had tried a few other therapists there, while all great, Amanda was just professional, kind and nice. She knows what she is doing, helps with pain and provides insight and is always on time! We recently moved, and I will miss our sessions. Onto finding a new massage envy that is as professional as this one was!
