Lita Wi Microblading & Makeup

My mother in law has been trying to reach her in regards to her follow up appointment. Lita has acted in an unprofessional manner by not responding to her messages and communicating with her effectively. The day before her appointment, she followed up with her (although it should’ve been the opposite...Lita should’ve been following up with her) the night before her appointment and Lita responds “Oh, I was going to call all my clients to cancel their appointment because, I can’t get into my shop.” My mother in law took off from work for this appointment and learned it was canceled the night before only because she messaged Lita. My mother in law was patient and asked Lita to let her know when she’s back in business. We understand that she had an issue with her shop, however her appointment was in August and here it is almost October...she’s now in a new location and my mother in law has yet to hear from her. Still no response. My mother in law explained to Lita her concerns and trusted her to take care of her. It’s very hard for her to find another person to do her brows because they prefer not to go behind others’ work. My mother in law paid a great deal of money with expectations of receiving her follow up service as promised during the consultation. This is a major customer service issue and we’re just asking that it’s rectified.

Lita was Absolutely Amazing!!!! I suffer from alopecia so my brows decide when and If they want to be on my face or not and Lita has alleviated the stress of having to draw them in everyday, which oftentimes takes Forever. Lita is extremely professional, prompt and warm. The job she did on my brows is simply Fantastic!!! I highly recommend her services and have already referred her to a few people. Thank you Lita!!

Lita is amazing!!! She was very professional & very detailed. She took her time and made sure that my brows were exactly what I wanted. Im very pleased with the results. I almost cried from joy when she finished!
